How to Enable Windows God Mode

February 07, 2019 1 min read

Windows God Mode is a special folder where you can easily access all of Windows’ settings. It's like the more detailed version of Control Panel. Here’s how you enable God Mode. 1. Right on desktop, then click New > Folder. 2. Copy and paste this into the folder name text box : GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} 3. The folder icon will change into control panel icon with no name. Renaming this will change it back to folder icon and you won’t be able to access the settings. It will become a regular folder, so don’t try to rename it. 4. You can now access with ease the windows settings that are usually accessible through other settings. Notes * Do not use existing folder. Files inside that folder will be hidden and you won’t be able to access it. * You can enable God Mode in Windows Vista 32-bit, 7, 8, and 10, but not in Vista 64-bit, Windows XP and older versions of Windows.
